Planning and Reporting
Individuals who are recognized as successful Extension professionals have demonstrated competencies (knowledge, skills, and behaviors) that lead to their valuable contributions and impacts. These competencies are the foundation for professional development in Texas Extension. Using that competency-base a systems approach has been developed for professional development that includes:
