In preparation for the first face to face session on August 23, 2006 you will be required to conduct a literature review of Texas Cooperative Extension publications regarding Texas Cooperative Extension Outcome and Output programs. Following the review of TCE publications you will be required to prepare a two to three page paper including the following:

1. What is an Outcome program and provide a detailed example of an Outcome program which you are currently involved.
2. Characteristics and/or components of an Outcome program.
3. What is an Output program and provide a detailed example of an Output program which you are currently involved.
4. Characteristics and/or components of an Output program.
5. Contrast the difference in Outcome programs and Output programs.

This paper should be two to three pages in length, referencing literature reviewed, double spaced, and due to Dr. Chris Boleman on August 23, 2006 during the Face to Face session in El Campo. Let me know if you have any questions regarding this assignment.
