Evaluation Services

Extension Education offers the following evaluation services:

• Consulting / Assistance with Evaluation - We provide guidance or direct assistance in all areas of evaluation as you conduct your own evaluations.
• Evaluation / Survey Research - We conduct complete evaluations from defining research requirements through writing the final report on selected projects.
• Forms Scanning - Surveys and other paper forms can be designed for automated data entry using special software. Responses on papers forms are sensed and evaluated via a scanner - making data collection faster and more accurate than keyed data entry.
• Extension uses two scanning systems (Verity Teleform / eForms and NCS) for greater flexibility in meeting data collection needs including various form sizes, single or multiple pages, simplex or duplex processing, "download and copy" distribution, and accompanying html or PDF distributions.
• Online (web) surveys - We offer online surveys developed in-house using SurveyTracker software. We can also recommend vendors or other Extension resources for online surveys.
• Survey data programming using SPSS or SAS
• Data analysis using SPSS or SAS
