Long-Term Goals

Goal # 1
The Organizational Development Unit will provide high quality, timely evaluations for Extension administration, units, and individual faculty.

Goal # 2
Extension faculty will be sufficiently knowledgeable to integrate quality evaluation into their educational programming.

Goal # 3
Extension faculty will have easy access to quality, relevant, and timely resources in support of specialized evaluation needs.

Goal # 4
New evaluation models, methodologies, best practices, and technology will be explored and applied to Extension work as appropriate.

Goal # 5
Create and develop an Extension "Evaluation Center" as an umbrella for major evaluation activity and support.

Goal # 6
Support statewide reporting of outreach and impact.

Goal # 7
Increase awareness and value of evaluation in the eyes of faculty as an indispensable programming tool for accountability, improvement, and planning.
